Want your products featured at the 2019 Christmas at the Castle Market? Apply to be a vendor for one or multiple weekends at Fairmont Banff Springs. This ticketed event will focus on high-end food & drink as well as unique gifts and holiday décor.

Additional Information

Attendees: 
Christmas at the Castle provides a maximum of 2 vendor passes per booth.  Additional vendor passes can be purchased for $3/person.

Insurance: 
All Christmas at the Castle vendors must have insurance.  Please email us a copy of your business insurance NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 1, 2019.  $2,000,000.00 CGL naming Fairmont Banff Springs as an additional insured on your policy. If insurance is not received by November 1, this may affect the status of your application. Please provide us with the insurance provider and policy number.

Vendor options: 
In 2019, we have a couple different opportunities for you over 3 weekends. First weekend (all are Friday and Saturday) is November 29-30, second weekend is December 6-7 and third weekend is December 13-14.  You have the option to attend either one, two or all three. Vendors who attend two weekends, will receive a 20% vendor admission discount.  Those attending all three weekends, will receive a 30% vendor admission discount.

 

Please note, our hours of operation for ALL weekends are 5pm – 9pm (Friday) and 10am – 4pm (Saturday).

 

Costs: 1 weekend: $450 + GST, 2 weekends: $720 + GST, all three weekends: $945 + GST

Each table space will be 8' x 8' and is supplied with (1) 8 ft table (fitted with a plexi skirting with Christmas at the Castle decal), (2) chairs and electricity.  Additional product must be stored under the table. Vendors are responsible for their own display materials.  Spacing for addition tables is not guaranteed, however we aim best to accommodate your needs.  Please note, as we are an indoor venue, if your products are sensitive to temperature change, they should be removed each evening.

 

Extra Cost: $150 - Includes your business logo on the table skirting sticker.
 

Please let us know if your stall will have walls or objects that will not be displayed on a table. Photos of your both set up are not required, but will enable us to best place your booth in accordance with the market set up. Photos can be sent to tania.martinez@fairmont.com

 

Please review all policies and procedures: 
To participate in Christmas at the Castle, all vendors must have insurance.  All vendor fees are non-refundable. Should a vendor have to leave the market early, there is a no re-reimbursement for unattended days. Fairmont Banff Springs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. Vendors are expected to operate within the outlined dimensions of their selected stall location.

*All products for sale MUST be pre-approved by Fairmont Banff Springs. Fairmont Banff Springs reserves the right to ask for removal of any items that have not been approved.
