Are dining reservations required?
Reservations are recommended during the holiday period. Dining reservations for December 17, 2023 - January 1, 2024 can only be booked by in-house guests of Fairmont Banff Springs. Please email our Dining Reservations team directly or call 403 762 6860 to book your holiday dining.

Are reservations required for events?
Reservations are recommended for most events. Please refer to the individual event listings for reservation information.

Will Santa be visiting the castle?
Check back closer to November 2023 to see what Santa's plans are for Christmas at the Castle!

Can a Christmas Tree be requested in guestrooms?
Yes! Artificial 3 ft. tall Christmas Trees are available from December 20 – 25 by contacting Royal Service prior to arrival. Subject to availability.

Where can I find more information on activities and skiing?

For suggestions and information about winter activities inside and outside the hotel, please visit our adventure page. For additional suggestions or assistance making reservations the Concierge Desk in the Main Lobby will be pleased to assist you.

Can babysitting or pet sitting be arranged?
Babysitting arrangements may be made through the Concierge Desk or directly through Childcare Connections. Please note that a minimum of 72 hours advance notice is preferred, and service is subject to availability. Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 hours of service will be charged. Pet sitting services are also available upon request.
